The Texarkana Pan Hellenic Council is a collaborative organization of the seven historically African American international Greek Lettered fraternities and sororities.  The Texarkana Pan Hellenic council was formed in the early seventies to provide the group with a way to communicate and provide services to the community as a group.

The groups not only does food baskets, but they provide high school seniors with scholarships, participate in voters registration, Komen Race for the Cure, and are a part of the Texarkana Independent School Districts Precious Gems and Boys to Men Academy mentoring program.  They also mentor students in Texarkana Arkansas School District, work with the Salvation Army, and many more non-profits in Texarkana.
