Arts & the Park: A 10 day Arts Festival for Artists

Calling all artists!  We invite you to join us for an opportunity to learn, share and experience the talented Hot Springs Area Artists.  Beginning Sunday, April 29, 2018 until May 4, 2018 we will have daily workshops in the beautiful city of Hot Springs.  We invite you to come and enjoy our festival and be a part of Arts & the Park 2018!
